Refunds and Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please make contact via email within 14 days of receipt. Please clearly state the reason for return. We will make every effort to offer a resolution. If you do have to return an item, please do so in original or similar packaging via recorded and insured delivery at your expense and in perfect condition. A full refund will be issued on receipt by us. Please note that refunds will not be made for any bespoke items or sold as seconds or items on sale. For damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible with as much detail as possible and provide photographs. We will then organise return, replacement or refund.
